At Boot Country, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
